Working IT Solutions can provide a single contract to ensure the support you need to maintain your network and provide maximum availability for all your equipment. Products covered in typical Break-Fix Contracts include:

Depending on how urgently you need your equipment back up and running we will arrange an appropriate SLA (Service Level Agreement), ranging from 4 hours for Servers to 16 hours for printers or workstations. Technical Credits

Technical Credits can be used for project work, changes, implementations upgrades and range of IT but non-support related occurrences.

Pre-paid and discounted engineering time to be used for those tasks outside of break fix support or managed services including:

  • Additional resource or hands to the pump possibly for rollouts or office moves. Upgrades, project work or implementations of new equipment
  • Possibly you might want a specific skill for a task or simply you may want to cover periods of staff absence for holidays or sickness.
  • Credits are valid for up to, two years and discounts are given for bulk.

Preventative Maintinence

An engineer will visit on a predetermined schedule, monthly or quarterly, when we will examine, update, clean or report on a checklistall-important of items in an effort to avoid machine failure at that all important moment.

By scheduling preventative maintenance visits throughout the term of the contract our technicians are able to update and maintain your infrastructure, this prolongs the life of your systems and decreases the likelihood of failure.

Safe Disposal of IT - WEEE

We understand that recent EU legislation of the recycling of electrical goods is confusing and often leaves people not knowing where to turn for help and advice.
